Job responsibilities:

• Apply fertilizer, weed control, and pest control to residential properties using standard application equipment.
• Complete turf-care related tasks including lawn aeration.
  Monitor lawn heath care needs.
• Interact respectfully with customers on-site as needed. Resolve issues or escalate to manager.
• Calculate proper application rate and mix chemicals accordingly
• Administer correct handling, transporting, storage and disposal of pesticides
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid clean New Jersey driver’s license required
• Reliable transportation
• Capable of lifting 50 pounds unassisted
• Basic math skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Capable of working 8 hours in all weather conditions
• Willing and able to work with fertilizer and pesticides
• Experience is a plus, but not required
  • Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)
  • Experience: Landscape maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
  • License/Certification: Driver’s License (Required)
